Danforth Mosaic BIA Community Clean-up Saturday April 24,2010 between 10am-1pm Danforth Musaic BIA is preparing for our second annual Community Clean-up along Danforth Avenue in Conjunction with Mayor David Miller’s Community Clean-up day.
We are looking for volunteers to support our neighborhood by coming out to give us a hand. Right now we need volunteers to help with the following:
Participate in the clean up of the Coxwell Parkette (SW corner of Danforth and coxwell)
Assist 54 & 55 division police officers in graffiti removal on the south and north sides of Danforth avenue
Partner up with other volunteers to remove garbage from planter boxes along Danforth Avenue.
Gloves will be provided for the clean up but you are encouraged to bring your own garbage/plastic bags from home.
After the clean up we will be holding a volunteer appreciation barbeque in the Coxwell Parkette at 1pm If you require more information, please contact Cynthia at Danforth Mosiac BIA by telephone at 416-849-6688 or by email at info@danforthmosaicbia.com to register as a volunteer for one of the tasks noted above. Danforth Mosaic BIA Community Clean-up Saturday April 24,2010 between 10am-1pm Danforth Musaic BIA is preparing for our second annual Community Clean-up along Danforth Avenue in Conjunction with Mayor David Miller’s Community Clean-up day.

Today……..there is no anime showcase, and will be postponed on Friday, but there is video game invasion though. The game we’ll be playing is….SUPER SMASH BROS. BRAWL, an all-hour lunch in room B2 and I hope someone brings in the Gamecube controllers.

Anyone wishing to help at next Friday’s Coed Volleyball Tournament, there will be a brief meeting in room B76 at the beginning of lunch.

Coed Volleyball Season begins today with a match against Mart Garneau. Come out and support your Team and get Loud. Teachers are reminded athletes are released at 2:15 pm.

The LAST Literacy test prep clinic with Ms. Taylor, Ms. Layenesse and Ms. Panagiotakakos is TODAY at 3:00 in B8! Pizza and prizes are on the menu! Come and cram for tomorrow ! Good luck everyone.
